I feel the facility at the Mesa location went above and beyond expectations. The staff was always friendly, courteous and professional. The facility was clean, well maintained and apparently regularly serviced by a pest control company as I never saw any evidence of pests in either of my units.

since prime storage took over, it's all about raising rent and finding little reasons to charge more. facility is fine.

The pricing did go up, I'm sure that is expected for someone else taking over. I have no complaints with anything. I have been there for some time now. The service is great.

The units are very clean and spacious.Its a little difficult to move upstairs because there is only 1 elevator but downstairs is easily accessible.Their office is clean and their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Its a bit pricey but very nice facility.

Overall positive experience with Prime Storage. I was not happy they raised prices when acquiring this property, but have found their customer service and cleanliness and the improved access hours to help offset the increase. Office staff always responsive and very pleasant and helpful!

Facility is clean and well ventilated. Staff are responsive to our needs. Storage I occupy is adequate for my needs and security is not an issue. Thanks for the opportunity to provide feedback. It was not considered by previous owner/agency.

I don’t like that the prices keep changing & going up & that insurance is required (I chose that location originally because the extra unnecessary insurance payment wasn’t required). But everything else has been good.
